Please note the following:

A deposit is required to hold your date, which is returned within two weeks of your event. More information regarding the deposit and terms can be found on the contract.

Your estimated cost may be subject to change due to additions or deletions of services including but not limited to: venue hours added, extra service personnel or clean up time, changes, special requests or damage incurred to premises.

If engaging a caterer, they may provide some of the above items and charges would come from them, not the Plaza.
